Conference Fee Schedule:

  • Through May 1: $49 (Early Bird)
  • On/After May 1: $99 for the weekend
  • On/After August 1: $115 for the weekend


REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY (On-Campus)

  • Before May 1: Refundable minus the $49 conference fee or transferable
  • May 1–July 31: Refundable minus the $99 conference fee or transferable
  • After August 1: No refunds, but registration is transferable
