Memorial Hall: SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Each Memorial Hall room includes two twin beds and a shared bathroom between another room that has two twin beds. When you register, you are only paying for your own bed.
You may be assigned a roommate, or if you have someone you would like to share a room with, you may pay for them at the time of your registration. Please be sure to include their name, email address, and phone number.
Option: Your roommate may register separately; however, please notify us that you are sharing a room and register at the same time to avoid having another person assigned to your room.
Bring toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, etc.). Provided: plastic cups, bar soap, toilet paper, linens.
The price includes your conference fee listed below, 3 nights, and 4 meals (2 breakfasts and 2 Lunches).
Conference Fee Schedule:
- Through May 1: $49 (Early Bird)
- On/After May 1: $99 for the weekend
- On/After August 1: $115 for the weekend
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY (On-Campus)
- Before May 1: Refundable minus the $49 conference fee or transferable
- May 1–July 31: Refundable minus the $99 conference fee or transferable
- After August 1: No refunds, but registration is transferable
