Vendors (click here to see current list)
We would love to have you as a vendor for 2018. We do have some requirements:
1. You are a ministry, Christian focused business, or part of your profits benefit a ministry that can be verified.
2. Your booth/table (we can provide a 6' table or you can) stays open when we are in session in the gym (YAB)—see the schedule for details—and there is someone to run it during those times.
3. No music, flashing lights or video with sound can be shown as you will be sharing the space with our attendees and other vendors. You can have a backdrop or banner.
4. Whether you plan to participate during Navigate, the leaders portion, or Labor Day, the singles portion, or both, you need to be set up and ready to go by 5:30 p.m. your first night. We will end on Sunday night near the lake (assuming good weather; otherwise we will be in the gym), so you would need to take down your table by 5 p.m. Sunday.
5. We encourage you to have an attractive booth that folks would want to visit. You are welcome to do a give-away, gather names/emails, etc. Please have some information on your business/ministry to share.
6. Fill out the form below for consideration.
What else?
1. You are welcome to sell items at your table. Wifi is available for credit card processes.
2. The cost to be a vendor is our registration fee of $49 per person. Anyone assisting you would need to pay the fee as well as cover their own lodging/meals. As a part of this fee, you are welcome to join us in the various activities included in registration.
Lunch & Learn's
All of our vendors typically also lead a Lunch & Learn time. At lunch in the cafeteria, your table can be a discussion on your ministry, your products, training, etc. It allows you to have a sort of breakout but in a more casual setting. It allows you to get to know the people better while also enjoying your lunch. To see more information on our Lunch & Learns as well as our current 2018 list, click here.
