We’re excited that so many of you are arriving a day or two early to help with setup, explore the NC mountains, and connect with others! If you’re arriving early, please email [email protected] with your approximate arrival time so we can arrange your check-in. On Thursday, there will be NO check-in from 5–7 PM while our team is off campus for dinner. Everyone is invited to join us, and the location will be provided in the attendee email. Note: You can stay in the same room you have reserved for the weekend. STAYING OVER ON MONDAY? If you are staying Monday night, please check out by 10:30 AM Tuesday and leave your key in your room. Please note that the Bonclarken Dining Hall will be closed on Monday, so you will need to make your own meal arrangements. You will also be responsible for arranging your own transportation for meals and/or to the airport. |

Each Memorial Hall room includes two twin beds and a shared bathroom between another room that has two twin beds. When you register, you are only paying for your own bed. Also, there is a common fridge, coffee pot, and sink downstairs.
You may be assigned a roommate, or if you have someone you would like to share a room with, you may pay for them at the time of your registration. Please be sure to include their name, email address, and phone number.
Option: Your roommate may register separately; however, please notify us that you are sharing a room and register at the same time to avoid having another person assigned to your room.

Each apartment includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—along with a shared kitchen and common living area for the apartment.

- On/After May 1: $99 for the weekend or $40.00 per day
- On/After August 1: $115 for the weekend or $50 per day.
There are no refunds on this registration fee, but you can transfer it.

Are you a local? Or staying elsewhere in the area? The commuter rate is $99 for the weekend or $40.00 per day through July 31st (separate item). Then it's $115 for the weekend or $50 per day. Optional: You can add meals separately.

I’ve been coming to the Labor Day Singles Retreat for 10 + years! It’s an amazing weekend filled with amazing teaching, worship, and fun in the beautiful North Carolina mountains! In a world where singleness feels looked down on at times, it’s so encouraging to be around Christian singles. I have made friends who will forever be in my life and have learned so much about ministering and loving on other singles. I look forward to this weekend all year and can’t wait for the is Labor Day retreat coming!!!
