Bonclarken Conference Center is handling ALL of our housing, meal packages, and the Labor Day Singles Retreat conference fees, except the optional Monday morning breakfast (deadline, August 25th, 2025)

There are Two Options to attend the 2025 Labor Day Singles Retreat.

STAYING ON CAMPUS

BONCLARKEN LODGING AND MEAL ONLINE REGISTRATION PACKAGES
Your three-day package (Friday-Sunday night) includes lodging and four meals (two breakfasts and two lunches). There is also a $85 Labor Day Conference Registration Fee for the weekend (after August 1st, 2025, $99) and/or a $30 per day fee (after August 1st, 2025, $45 per day).  

Dinner is on your own or you can purchase for Friday and Saturday at 5:30-6:30pm and/or Sunday, 5:00-6:00pm based on meeting minimum purchases.) Note: Some of the excursions on Saturday or Sunday are not back on campus by 5:00 or 5:30pm. In the event you would like to extend your stay, there is an additional cost. Please contact Bonclarken at 828-692-2223.

STAYING OFF CAMPUS/COMMUTING?
​BONCLARKEN OFF CAMPUS AND MEAL ONLINE REGISTRATION PACKAGES
If you are staying off campus, there is a $105 Labor Day Conference Fee for the entire weekend or a $35 per day Labor Day Conference Fee for guests who can only attend one or two days. Bonclarken offers meals at a separate cost.​

FIRST TIME ATTENDING?

​Then go to the Bonclarken Conference Registration Page to set up your account and view the housing options, meal packages and pay including your Labor Day Conference Fee. You are welcome to make a deposit to hold your room (and then make payments). 

Returning attender? Go to the Bonclarken Conference Registration Page and put in your user/password.

Registering a Church group? Please contact the Bonclarken office at 828-692-2223 before paying. 

CANCELLATIONS:
Your Labor Day Conference/Registration fee is non-refundable. See Bonclarken’s website for their housing/meal cancellation policy. Note: Until you put a deposit/pay for your hotel/meal package AND your retreat conference/registration fee, you are NOT fully registered.

​NEED A ROOMMATE:
While we are not responsible for setting up or finding you a roommate, you are welcome to post this need on our Facebook page. If you do not have Facebook, email us at [email protected].
