Memorial Hall and Bunkhouses
Memorial Hall: SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Each Memorial Hall room includes two twin beds and a shared bathroom between another room that has two twin beds. When you register, you are only paying for your own bed. Also, there is a common fridge, coffee pot, and sink downstairs.
You may be assigned a roommate, or if you have someone you would like to share a room with, you may pay for them at the time of your registration. Please be sure to include their name, email address, and phone number.
Option: Your roommate may register separately; however, please notify us that you are sharing a room and register at the same time to avoid having another person assigned to your room.

Each apartment includes two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—along with a shared kitchen and common living area for the apartment.
You are paying only for your bed. Unless you register and pay for your roommates at the same time, you may be assigned a roommate at our discretion. If you are registering and paying for your roommates, please include their full names, phone numbers, and email addresses at the time of registration.
Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the ground (bottom) floor, and Apartments 3 and 4 are located on the upper (top) floor. Each apartment is equipped with dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and a microwave.

Are you commuting for the weekend?
The meal package includes two hot breakfasts and two hot lunches in the cafeteria on Saturday and Sunday. We will list a menu once we get closer to the date, but a fresh fruit/salad bar is usually offered in addition to hot food.
Dinner each night and breakfast on Monday morning are optional purchases.
Please let us know of any special dietary needs/allergies. We will do our best to accommodate.
Commuter Day Rate Only
Are you a local? Or staying elsewhere in the area? The commuter rate is $99 for the weekend or $40.00 per day through July 31st. Then it's $115 for the weekend or $50 per day. Optional: You can add meals separately.
When registering, please note which of the three days you are attending. If you are attending 2 days, please add an additional day to equal $80.00
Conference Fee Schedule:

Pre-Ordered Breakfast, Monday Morning, Sept 7th
Join us at the YAB (meeting space) for Breakfast on Monday morning at 9:30am, catered by Eggs Up Grill. Meal includes sausage or bacon, scrambled eggs, grits or hash browns, a biscuit, a fruit cup, and coffee/water, plus leftover snacks from the weekend.

This allows us to keep prices lower for everyone while still offering a high-quality experience. These gifts also help fund scholarships for those who might otherwise be unable to attend. Go to the Singles Retreat! You will come away with fun memories, new friendships, and experiences of a lifetime in the beautiful mountains of NC! The messages at the retreat and table sessions were so encouraging. The speakers know singleness because they either still live a single life or were single for many years before marriage. I loved how every analogy in the messages was tailored to singles and our life situations.
