2026 Schedule
September 4-7, 2026

Subject to change as we get closer to Labor Day weekend.
FRIDAY, September 4th

4:00pm, Registration opens: The YAB (Youth Activity Building) #26 on the map.
  • Pick up your room key, meal wristband, program, and name tag.
  • Pick up a T-shirt for those who pre-ordered. (T-shirt available soon).
  • Drop off silent auction items, snacks, and door prizes. 
  • Get your volunteer assignment details.
  • Sign up or affirm your excursion choices.
  • Merchandise table is open till the first session** starting at 7:00pm and again after the Silent Auction.
  • Coffee Bar is Open.

5:45-6:45pm: Optional dinner available in the dining hall #2 on the map; (must be purchased by Wednesday, September 1st, 2026, prior to the retreat). Note: Line stops serving at 6:30pm. 

6:30pm: Doors Open at the YAB.

7:00pm: Welcome by
Pastor Freddy Johnson; Worship with Pastor Jazz Cathcart and Hope City Music; Session 1: Kris Swiatocho, Table Discussions.

9:00-11:00pm: Delicious snacks/coffee; mingle time.

9:30-10:30pm: Silent Auction: Be prepared to pick up and pay for items won at the Silent Auction.
The merchandise table will reopen after the Silent Auction items are checked out. All silent auction items must be delivered and ready for the auction by 5:00pm; after 5:00pm, your item may not make it to the auction and will be used as a door prize instead.
**During all the sessions, the Merchandise, Excursion tables, and the Coffee Bar will be closed.
 
SATURDAY, September 5th

7:00-7:30am: Devotion, Young Lodge (Mike and Lib Patrick Conference Room, #22 on the Map) by Jeff Sparks.

7:30-8:30am: Breakfast in the dining hall. All Breakfast and Learns are at various tables in the lower level of the dining hall on a first-come, first-served basis (see the list here); serving lines end at 8:15am. 

8:30am: Doors open at the YAB; Coffee bar and Merchandise table open till 8:45am.

8:45am-11:15am: Worship with Pastor Jazz Cathcart and Hope City Music; Sessions 2: Pastor Freddy Johnson; Session 3: Kris Swiatocho, Table Discussions; Coffee Bar/Merchandise tables are closed; Merchandise table re-opens 11:15am-11:30am.

11:30-12:30pm: Lunch in the dining hall. All Lunch and Learns at various tables in the lower level of the dining hall on a first-come, first-served basis (see the list here); serving line closes at 12:15pm.

1:00-6:00pm: Excursions (leave from the YAB parking lot), Pool is open 1-5pm.

5:45-6:45pm: Optional dinner available in the dining hall (must be purchased by Wednesday, September 1st, 2026, prior to the retreat). Note: Line stops serving at 6:30pm. If you are planning to attend one of our planned excursions, you may not be back in time; please check with the excursion leader.

7:00-9:00pm: Dance/Karaoke with DJ Tal Groce (Upstate Singles) at Headspring Pavilion near the Lake. Dry snacks available; bring a water bottle to fill up at the water fountain. Bring a lawn chair/jacket; some seating available.

9:00-11:00pm:
  • Card games, including corn hole, at Young Lodge (#22 on the map); Dry snacks will be available.
  • Bingo at Founders North Lodge; Dry snacks will be available.
  • Bonfire at Headspring Pavilion. Bring a lawn chair/jacket; some seating available.
  • Meet and Greet for Next Generation Singles (under 55), The Back Porch; Dry snacks will be available.
Note: The YAB will be closed.

SUNDAY, September 6

7:00-7:30am: Devotion, The Young Lodge (Mike and Lib Patrick Conference Room, #22 on the Map) Pastor Wes Reed.

7:30-8:30am: Breakfast in Dining Hall; All Breakfast and Learns at various tables in the lower level of the dining hall (see the list here); serving line ends at 8:15am.

8:30am: Doors open at the YAB (Gym), Coffee Bar open till 8:45am

8:45am-11:15pm: Worship, Charity Presentation; Session 4; Pastor Freddy Johnson; Merchandise table open 11:15am-11:30am.

11:30-12:30pm: Lunch in Dining hall; All Lunch and Learns are at various tables in the lower level of the dining hall on a first-come, first-served basis (see the list here); serving line ends at 12:15pm. 

1:00-5:30pm: Excursions (leave from the YAB parking lot), Pool and Lake are open 2:00-5:00pm (Lake-Kayaking and Paddle boats).

5:00-5:45pm: Optional dinner available in the dining hall (must be purchased by Wednesday, September 1st, 2026, prior to the retreat). Note: Line stops serving at 6:30pm. If you are planning to attend one of our planned excursions, you may not be back in time; please check with the excursion leader.

6:00-7:30pm: Prayer Experience in the YAB (There will be no coffee, only water available prior to the Prayer Experience; snacks available after Prayer Experience and to go).

7:45pm: Final table discussion, worship, testimonials, messages, and door prizes (turn in your lanyard to be eligible). 

9:30pm-10pm: The Merchandise table opens; Pick up a snack to go.

​9:45-11:00pm: Card games in Young Lodge

MONDAY, September 7
9:00am: Doors Open at the YAB; the Merchandise table is open from 9:00-9:30am and 10:30-11:00am. 

9:30 am: Check out: Leave your key on a table in your room, or if you are going to breakfast, you can bring it to the YAB. Note: If you do not return your keys by check-out or lose your key, you will be billed $5 per room. 

9:30am: Breakfast by Eggs Up Grill in the YAB for those who pre-paid for this meal (deadline is Aug 25th); you are welcome to bring your own meal and join the fellowship. The coffee bar is open till 10:30am.

10:30am: Clean up/Closed
