SINGLES WEEKEND RETREAT: Registration is only $60* per person for Friday night-Monday morning (plus on campus lodging and meals). Day rate is only $20 per day for those staying off campus (meals are extra).
*Registration is non-refundable after July 1st, 2021. Lodging/meals are refundable up to July 1st, 2021; after, July 1st, its transferable.

Singles Weekend Retreat (either Friday – Monday, or day-rate)
Leaders Portion (either Thursday-Friday, or day-rate)

Lodging: Various options are described below.

LODGING
Bonclarken offers several rooming options at different price points. If you have or need a roommate, see below.

For Memorial Hall: The rate is $31 per person, per night. Each room has a set of twin beds that share a bathroom with another room with a set of twin beds. For other lodging, the cost is per room, per night and you can have as many people in the room that you want.
For Janeen Dorm: The rate is $28 per person, per night, per twin bunk bed.
Founders Hall South, $110 per room, two queen beds.
Founders Hall North, $110 per room, two queen beds, with room for an air mattress you provide.
The Lodge: $121 per room, two queen beds, with room for an air mattress you provide.
Camping: RV or tent. Prices range from $19 – 48 per night. See descriptions below.

WHAT TO BRING

Guests staying in any Bonclarken housing should bring toiletries, including shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, etc. Some snacks are provided in the evenings, but feel free to bring your own.
Memorial Hall: Bring all linens, towels and toiletries.
Janeen Bunkhouse: Bring all linens, towels, toiletries and pillows.
Founders Halls and Lodge: provided are linens, blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, plastic cups, bar soap etc.
Campsites: paper towels, toilet paper and hand-soap are available in the campground bathrooms.
Ironing boards and irons are in the Lodge and Founders South, and at other buildings upon request.

SHARING A ROOM?
If you need a roommate, register below and then contact us with what lodging you signed up for. Email: [email protected]

If you have roommate(s) already: provide each person’s name, email, phone # and address . Each person should register and pay for any meals, or one person can pay for all registrations and meals. You can submit these details when prompted during registration or email us: [email protected].

MEALS & SNACKS
The optional meal package includes two hot breakfasts and hot lunches with a fruit/salad bar in the cafeteria, $44 due by August 27th. Packaged snacks are provided free of charge each evening. Feel free to bring a cooler or use your hotel fridge (not available in Founders South or camp ground). See more about meals on-campus and off-campus. If you want to purchase the breakfast on Monday, click that item only.

PAYMENT
Deposit
When you complete registration, we will ask for a deposit to hold your spot. The deposit includes:

Registration fee(s)
Cost for one room night per person (for overnight guests)
Meal package (for those ordering them)

We greatly appreciate having full payment before you arrive for the retreat. Deposits are non-refundable after July 1. But they are transferrable. We will email you before the weekend for any payment due.

Paying by Paypal or check? Please make checks payable to: The Singles Network Ministries, and mail to 638 Spartanburg Hwy Ste 70-113, Hendersonville, NC 28792. Please include all registration details: a list of names, addresses, emails and phone numbers of each person attending, # of rooms in what type of room, and # of meal packages.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by July 1st, 2022 are refundable minus the registration fee. This fee can be transferred to another attendee. After July 1st: Due to our contract with Bonclarken, we are not able to refund your deposit. However, you could transfer your reservation to another person. HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SINGLES LABOR DAY RETREAT, LODGING AND MEALS:
Registration options are below.

Click on the first item you want, complete the details, choose “Add to Cart.” The shopping cart window will appear.
To add another item, click the “BACK” button on your browser and add the item you want.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have registered for one or all of these items: Singles Retreat, Leaders Portion, Meals and Lodging

Please note: If you are able, we encourage you to pay the full amount up front or before arrival, to avoid a long line at check-in.

ALERT: If you do not get a confirmation email within an hour of registering, then it didn't go through.
